Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all custom and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production or shipping error, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear evidence (such as photos) of the issue. We reserve the right to review each case and determine the appropriate resolution.

Please note that we are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, or other personalization details provided at the time of order.
